A “Tamalada” – a tamale making party.
My friend Megan wanted to host a Tamalada for her birthday. Tamale making, drinking margheritas and aquas frescas, making music, porch sittin’, coconut cake, and catching fireflies. A perfect night.

    so there is a name for a tamale making party!! my family loves to get together and all make them around the holidays. such a great way to gather.
