June 7, 2012

i have been wearing long sleeves and pants all week long and i am in heaven.
i even had a cardigan on yesterday.
i think i was meant to live in maine.
i wouldn’t mind in the least if i never had to wear shorts again.

there have been little mini thunderstorms happening all afternoon.
i snuck out in between to do some transplanting.

the girls have been in and out all day.
hannah biked to a friend’s this morning and she is still not home.
norah went to a friend’s house for dinner.
and chris is still at work finishing up a woodworking project.

i have a roasted chicken, turnip fries and a big farm salad with chopped up kohlrabi all to myself.

i’m not complaining.
